I can't talk after suspension has been lifted. Xbox one.

working properly. It's an issue of me being permanently muted and I can't see the mute only other gamers can, and they cannot turn the mute off its always permanently on. I can hear everyone especially the people calling me names cuz I have no mic, I can send
messages and everything's working expect the fact that I CANT *** TALK!!! Why don't you care? And if you do then why wouldn't you read posts on a persons forum who is stating problems? You asked me twice and the answer was on the page of your first question

I might as well make them lose lol. My Xbox one is brand new I have had it for 35 days and I haven't been able to talk to anyone at all. Since the DAY I BOUGHT IT. Also I bought a 300$ microphone called Astro a50s and I haven't been able to use those at all
as well. Love being muted! Thanks enforcement team! What a great job you did suspending me for literally ONE complaint and making me hate Xbox live!

 

I have been suspended again without any email notification as to why LOL this company I swear they completely *** me over for being loyal and spending money on their product.

 

I signed in today reluctantly and then it told me I can't send messages because of my past behavior and there's no indication of how long(not like I wasn't muted indefinitely before) now I can't send any type of message. So miss quinzel to answer your question
as of today I cannot send any type of message and I don't know why I have been suspended and also I have no email notifying me of why and how long so a random suspension is now active in case your following up

 

Maybe this time the mute will actually clear up once I figure out what the hells going on. Miss quinzel if this suspension is lifted maybe it will fix the problem? Like a second try to get the system to unmute me?

If it says it has been expired or the date it was supposed to be removed no longer there then it might have have been extended.

 

I was banned from communications for 2 weeks, made an appeal, case review came back, ban lifted, but now no one can hear me speak and it says I'm muted to other players, yet I can still send messages both text and voice... Tried multiple hard resets, account
removal, privacy and online safety change ups, all no luck. Asked Microsoft Support about it, their reply was check the forums... Everyone with this problem is stuck in the same boat, and nothing is being done to help, they keep making new updates without
fixing the existing problems, if this isn't fixed come December I'm changing console after 6 years of Xbox, the Xbox One is just a nightmare with problem after problem, the 360 is better!

Yep, I am having the same problem. My Gold membership expires in two week. At that time I will be buying a PS4.

 

So this is crazy to me, but I got a new suspension and when I looked there was a case review button, but under "you must have a applicable enforcement action" meaning you must be actively under suspension or whatever they're allowed to do to our accounts.

I cannot believe that the system is so glitchy I'm clearly under a suspension again so I have the case review button and it not letting me review the case because Iits glitching and saying I'm not suspended WHEN I CLEARLY AM. Xbox FIX THIS. How can your
system be so broken? What is going on is there anybody who works at enforcement? Is enforcement just something you guys have to dead end gamers who have been suspended? How can you let so many accounts fall into this ghost ban? Why are you not responding to
my posts on this forum anymore? why Xbox why are you ruining everything about my gaming experience? How come the Xbox one has so many issues? the support person who commented on my post has disappeared, and that was the only person who tried to help and asked
me questions that were right there on the page....I don't understand how a company can be so unprofessional and negligent with their customer service and policies.

Funny enough I now have a new suspension too haha now from 11/01/15 to 11/15/15 but I can't even see it on the enforcement page to attempt to submit a case review, its just problem after problem at the minute, no chat support has helped either they just
refer to these forums where we're all in the same boat -_-

 

Oh, thanks for clarifying that you can hear people, however you cannot speak to them.

This is a known issue. You will need to keep an eye on
this thread for further updates on it. If power cycling your console by unplugging it for 10 minutes doesn't fix it, then the only fix currently is time.
