I can't talk after suspension has been lifted. Xbox one.

Just want to say after doing some research on the issue this is not a one...or two.... or even three time type of occurrence. There are many individuals that pay for a service(mind you PlayStation network is free and their cs is better) and are not receiving
any type of technical support or response at all for that matter. This is truly unbelievable that this "service" cannot even provide their customers with a response when they request them to post in the forums. I don't know much but is the provider of services
supposed to be doing the leg work or the consumer? Regardless this will be the last Microsoft product that I will purchase if they cannot get their act together with their customer service.

 

I have a suggested answer... not for Grim but for Microsoft. Get your crap together so me and my friend can play the games we paid good money for together cause its getting old that he was suspended in the first place for two weeks! Everyone gets heated
when gaming and sometimes we all talk smack I did that just the other day. If you are going to suspend someone from chat then at least make it that they can still chat in private party with individuals on their friends list! Then they are both being punished
but still able to enjoy the material that they spent a lot of money on!

 

So I just finished a 1 week suspension myself and I can hear my friends no problem but they can't hear me. Skype works with no issue so it's obviously a problem on xbox's side with not restoring privileges properly. I have tried every possible fix I could
find on the Internet and nothing has worked. The only thing I have seen is people saying after a day or a few days it magically starts working again. I would like to know why it's so easy and they are so quick to hand out a suspension but when it's up they
don't restore everything to 100% instantly

I hope I don't have to wait long otherwise I'll be calling support demanding money back for my Xbox live subscription since I'm now paying for a faulty product

 

@feral411 All support told me was that a lot of people have this problem and the problem is with thier side of it not us, the best answer I can get is wait and check forums, it's really pathetic but that's the only thing anyone has told me besides the gamers
trying to help with the reset combos. This is a huge failure on enforcements part and now it is in the hands of their operations team as of October 13 or 14 I can't remember the exact date she said.

DHM Fuzion I hear ya that's all I want to do to and not being able to talk to my team makes things more then challenging they've known about this issue for a long time from what I've researched which worries me that it's not going to be a quick fix... Fingers

Been trying to do the normal raid for 3 weeks and it's impossible I get booted and no one will try to work with me I can't even comprehend doing the hard raid and I been doing the first two raids on three characters since the raids were available I even
used to delete a character and level up the new one and raid before the reset I was really into it, but since my account is getting alot of hate mail and I can't play online with people due to being booted from not being able to talk I gave up I play sometimes
when my friend who I can call on the cellphone is on but that's it I'm honestly looking at ps4 and they have sf 5 so I might go with them plus God of war is ***...Nevertheless this is just a representation of what happens when you buy a Microsoft product,
it will break and they won't help you.

 

Hmm today I Woke up and had a very muted experience on Xbox live again even though I'm not suspended...thanks Xbox live your service is so fun to use I can't talk to anyone and I get hate mail and booted from every game! I go to bed thinking man I can't
wait to wake up and have people boot me and talk shyt to me again! This is so fun I don't know why I thought communicating was good I love being muted! Going to sign on and try to do the raid and get to the boss after putting in hard work only to get booted
and not get rewards, man I love getting booted out of a game I worked hard on nothing beats it plus I paid money to be treated this way!!!

My above comment is sarcastic to the stupid people or Xbox live people reading this. It's sad I have to put this but I bought a Xbox so I know about being stupid, I also bought a 300$ mic (a50s) and right when I got it they suspended me and then this happened
I hate this glitch and I can't believe they haven't fixed it yet. I have a hard time signing in everyday it's getting easier to just not.

Your situation sounds like it might be related to a known issue, however I'm not entirely sure. Are you unable to use any form of communications at all right now, or are you only unable to use Party Chat? You can easily tell this if you are able to hear
your friend or not. From there, we will be able to figure out what our next steps are.

I have a feeling this will NEVER be fixed. What's depressing is they have been working " hard " to resolve this issue since *** December 2014.

 

Hey, Grim! I've asked you some clarifying questions on page 2 to try to figure out what is going on with your account. We need to pinpoint what is happening so that I know what next steps we need to take is.

 

Grim don't bother responding to support here. They can't do anything for you - you need a new GT. That's the only way to fix this problem.
