I can't talk after suspension has been lifted. Xbox one.

I have heard of some XBL members with communications bans not getting the ban removed for whatever reason because of problems with the Xbox One. Eventually a mod will see your post and help you get your communication back.

My suspension was suppose to be lifted on 12/6/2015 6:49pm eastern time and has not been lifted yet. It was a communication suspension and I can't talk in party's at all. Can you help?

 

yeah that's What I'm hoping for because it seems no one I call from Microsoft can help and enforcement is difficult to reach.

 

Hey I had this problem for 3 weeks following a 7 day suspension. I finally got my chat working again even after I tried EVERY troubleshooting step given to me by Xbox support.

What I did was:

1: update controller to the latest firmware in device settings.

2: hold the power button for 5 seconds or until console powers down.

3: disconnect power brick from both the wall socket and the console and leave disconnected overnight.

Number 3 is the most important step! I disconnected power supply numerous times for the 5 minutes like support tells us to but it wasn't until I left it disconnected overnight that my chat started working again.

I didn't think this would work but it did and I'm very happy about it. Please try these steps and get back to us on the results.

Be sure to leave the brick disconnected from BOTH the console and the wall socket. This is very important.

 

Ok I left it unplugged all night as you said and no difference....to be specific everyone I meet says I'm permanently muted for them and they cannot unmute me. So from what I hear I have a mute symbol permanently on my account for no reason. ANY HELP FROM
ENFORCEMENT or Xbox live support on this issue would be appreciated.

 

So tired of this I'm close to selling this and going with another console, complete headache and no support from anyone including the enforcement team who issued this problem is wearing my patience thin.

I know your frustration! Considering we pay good money for the service you would think enforcement should be available to speak with.

 

ok so my account was suspended for the last week for "Cheating" it ended last Friday 10/23/15 from last tues to thurs i kept trying to find the select Apply for Review button but it wasn't there and i was wrongfully suspended i wasn't even playing Xbox
the last 2 weeks. i cant find any way to contact the enforcement team and its frustrating me. i don't know what to do .

 

Enforcement operates on the forums Supposedly but then I hear they haven't been on forums since August, these people are literally sending members who have legitimate problems with their account into a dead end on purpose and they have no intention of helping
anyone with this problem, no mods or support or enforcement has contacted me in any way and my account is still on this stupid *** "ghost ban" and the worst part about it is that enforcement is NOT available to contact no matter what you do. Only option is
case review and if you don't have that no one can help you. Xbox can't help you, and the support will tell you to go to forums and that they're sorry, so since they applied a wrongful suspension on my account they now accidentally applied a permanent ban through
a glitch when the system supposedly "lifted" or "completed" my suspension. You guys are a joke this is completely ridiculous stand by your *** product and stop dodging people who have legitimate problems they are stealing our money and dodging us every chance
they get. This is a joke like the enforcement team. Enforcement you need to wake up and stand behind your fuckups because this is completely unprofessional. Again like I stated before ANY HELP ON THIS ISSUE WOULD BE APPRECIATED ENFORCEMENT OR ANYBODY FROM.

Just got off the phone with support and they said it's been upgraded and the issue is now in the hands of their operations team not the enforcement team and they will post when the issue has been resolved. keep checking the forums for updates.
