I can't talk after a communications ban was lifted.

Basically I admin a server, I pulled a guy to the side who was misbehaving on the server and they're were things said when taken out of context of the situation can be seen as a violation of ToS, I've called Microsoft twice and all I got told was to appeal
it, explain my situation. For 2 weeks I tried appealing but it always sent me to their homepage when I accepted the ToS for the appeal instead of the questionnaire, so here I am unable to admin my server and I really just want to know why I can't talk even
though the ban was lifted. Microsoft has been zero help in any of this misunderstanding, did nothing to the actual "criminal" either and frankly I'm ready to call a lawyer for having been treated the way I have by their support team.

communications ban party chat issues

after getting a communications ban in mid October for a week the ban was lifted on the 24th of October. after the ban was lifted I have not be able to talk in game or party chat. I have heard this happening to other peopke but have not got any help from
xbox support or the enforcement team. It's been a month and this service I use nearly everyday has not be working.

If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
the account.

We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here on the Xbox Support forums. The
primary place for further information will be the Xbox Enforcement page
while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
Contact Us page to inquire
if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

They cannot assist with enforcement, but they can till you if you still have an active enforcement action not showing on the website.

Hello! Im having this problem at the moment and my two suspensions ended at 10 pm and it is about 3 30 right now. I had a comm ban and a xbl ban for two weeks. The enforcement site says they are past suspensions and everything. I can't send messages, comment
on clips etc. I can however send messages on my Xbox 360, any new help would be appreciated!

Hey Are U Trigered,

Make sure the correct time has passed on
enforcement.xbox.com and that you havent received a second ban.

If thats the case try the following:

- Remove your Profile from the Console as explained here: https://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

- After that, press and hold the Xbox Button on the Console itself until it shuts off. Unplug the power brick from both sides for around 2 minutes. After that time replug and restart.

- Once the Console is booted up again, readd your profile to the Console as explained here: https://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

I was banned for a day and was not lifted fully after said it should be. I cant talk to anyone or here

I can't talk after a communications ban was lifted.
