I can't t get my 1 Year Game Pass Ultimate back

First my account was hacked. After a long time I finally got my account back but I still haven't received my one year game pass ultimate back. I try to contact several agents everyday but they don't help. They say that the escalation team is handling the
case. When ever I try to ask them they tell me that I'll get an email in 24 hrs but I never get one. I have shown them the receipt of my order for proof and I don't know what's taking so long. Microsoft agents are very pathetic I'm sorry. Actually I have kidney
cancer and bipolar disorder and I have very less days left. I'm broke right now cus I have post my job die to ongoing lockdown in my country. I have lost all my savings for my treatment but seems like I'm not gonna make it. I just wanted to play some games
and have fun before I die but I don't think there's any hope I'm gonna get my subscription back. Whenever I try to raise this issue to the agents they straight away tell me that they don't care whether I die and can't help me. They always disconnect the chat
whenever I ask them regarding my case. An agent John D has been assigned to my case but he isn't doing anything. I reply to his mail several times but I never get a useful reply. He keeps telling me to wait. I don't know now what to do. I'm completely helpless.
Please tell me guys what do I do now. Please don't tell me to wait, time is the only thing I don't have. Also is there any other way to contact Microsoft without agents. I want to report this issue and the arrogant behaviour of the agents but I don't know
where to do. Please help me guys. Thank you.

and you have 1year xbox gold live and 1yaer xbox game pass,

you have $1 discount xbox game pass ultimate too,

so you will get 1 year (gold) + 1 year (game pass) + 1 month (ultimate)

No. Redeem your Gold first then redeem your Ultimate (like back to back within a few minutes of each other). What will happen is, the Ultimate will upgrade your Gold to Ultimate and add on the remaining 6 months which will give you 12 months of
Ultimate.

on side note, upon purchasing series x, i got 30 days of trial ultimate game pass code, can i stack it on top of yearly ultimate pass?
