I cant switch my email on the minecraft launcher

Yes tried both launchers still not working...

when opening the Legacy launcher it say Switch to my email to play Minecraft: Java edition the email its refirring to is the email im loggin in with so it feels like i have 2 account and i cant get into the right account because its the same email to both of them

Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum,I apologize for a delay in response.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. If it's not allowing you to change the account logged in to the Minecraft Launcher, it may be because that account is still on your PC.

Please go to your PC Settings > Accounts > Emails & accounts. If the email is still here, please click on manage and remove.

Once the email is removed, please restart your Minecraft Launcher and then sign in your new Microsoft account. Kindly make sure that your new Microsoft account is also signed in to your Microsoft Store application so you will not encounter any license issues.

Ok so I've restarted my computer multiple times. Minecraft isn't even installed to be able to reinstall, though I have tried redownloading the launcher application a few times. Like described in my original message, when I try and run the installer, I've made sure to switch from my default email to my game email in the store. I also tried resetting my Microsoft store. This sets my email back to default, so I switch it to my game email again yet it continues to not work.

I just tried signing out then back in, that didn't work.

The Minecraft store also freezes upon me clicking install when I try and download it from there.

I was able to download the launcher for Windows 7/8, but that launcher version does not allow me to install Bedrock.

I'd appreciate some more insight into what might be my issue.

No,i just bought Minecraft on the original site Minecraft.net and when i downloaded the minecraft launcher,i wanted to log in to play minecraft and i cant because it says : Unable to connect to Xbox Live at this moment. And i dont know why because the email and pass are correct.

I can see what email it is when I open microsoft or minecraft launcher and press on my account, it show that email.
