I can't subscribe to the game pass for pc

I have the app for the game pass but when i select the option to join now, it appears the next menu but without the words in the option for the game pass, so them appear to select the options to pay, i selected by paypal, so at the moment i push the bottom
for subscribe it says this "We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out." , please someone help me with this.

That would be why you can't redeem it then...from the FAQs in the link I posted before:

"If you were previously subscribed or currently subscribed to Xbox Game Pass for PC, or an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, you will not be able to redeem the two month trial for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate!"

I was facing this exact same issue last night purchasing the ultimate pass, then I just removed every payment options (CC, Paypal) re-added my preferred one only (CC) & then it worked.

Have you tried doing the upgrade through Xbox.com?
