I have only redeemed one Survival Bundle, and that was for Xbox. The other code was for 1 month of Fallout 1st, also for Xbox, and that is the one I have trouble with redeeming. I have never subscribed or bought Fallout 1st Membership before.

So, it seems like the issue is when you try to subscribe through the game. If you do this in game then you get to subscribe to 'Fallout 1st' subscription.

You can try searching Fallout 1st in the Xbox PC app though and if you buy this it will give you the correct one - 'Fallout 1st (Windows)' subscription.

Can I somehow get a refund from the first subscription (or move the month to the correct one )? I tried though support - but there seems to be no option to somehow raise a ticket with Microsoft.

EDIT: As of 03/24/2022, it is fixed when using the Xbox for Windows PC app, just search for Fallout 1st. You can now click "join" for Fallout 1st monthly or annually and it immediately syncs FO 1st benefits with the Xbox Windows Fallout 76 app.

I paid for this membership, "Fallout 1st (Windows) — Fallout 1st (Windows) – One-Month Membership" through the website link and waited for 7 days. My Xbox for Windows PC Fallout76 did not have 1st benefits enabled after waiting and checking daily for 7 consecutive days.

I filed tickets with XBox support, and nothing was done. They said they can only refund it, but they could not fix it.

You are losing between $12.99 monthly or $99.99 annually in revenues by doing nothing about this. Multiplied out by the number of players wishing to pay you, this is a lot of losses in revenues.
