i cant stop my sons friend from accessing his account

my son and his friend decided to "gameshare" by giving each over there account details. his friend then decided to start using our gold, gamepass and ea access. he then proceeded to stealing special codes that was sent to us by xbox live and spending my
sons microsoft balance. ive tried putting a password on his account but for some reason his friend doesnt have to type it in. any other techniques to prevent him from signing in or removing my sons account from his friends xbox?

My son changed his pc fortnite account to an xbox fortnite account now he cant accept invitations from his friends on other platforms like switch

someone has been accessing my account making changes to my avatar and deleting friends on my list....how can I stop this from happening?

you need to change the password at the account level not the parental level

You can do this at https://account.microsoft.com

Also should.be noted call support for.an unauthorized access case and also note

Game share was only supposed.to be used for.households.not with the neighborhood

Even if you gameshare.you should never.give out your passwords regardless if it's your dog spot

well gets even better now, since trying to get the problem resolved now my son cant access xbox live on his 360, so so disapointed, even worse you try telling an eight year old he cant play minecraft with his friends.

I have the same issue. I purchased Shadowkeep the other night on my gamertag (home xbox) but my son cant access shadowkeep on his account (same xbox) Nor his own xbox console upstairs - even with my gamertag signed in - but I can access on both consoles
with my gamertag.

Same thing happened to my son and some of his friends this week. The guy offered to let them download his profile onto their Xboxes so that they can download Watch Dogs for free. They all fell for it, unfortunately my debit card is attached to my son's
account and the guy charged over $60 on my account, changed my sons Gamertag and associated email address, so now my son has no access to his own account.
