I can’t start nothimg on my xbox one x

I think the problem is on your side with the xbox live somethimg like that sometime game open but freeze on the downloading or cant have a good resolution

Factory Reset< since this will clear out the entire console and clear up any and all corruption. Give it a shot and keep us updated.

Thanks for keeping us updated by reply. Since you've stated that you've already tried the reset of the console's OS that allowed you to keep your games & apps installed, as well as the full factory reset of the console (that removes everything off the console)
and you are still experiencing issues, it may be a good idea to request a call back from Xbox Support so that they can troubleshoot your various issues with your console or possibly assist you with getting it serviced.

When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----Select See other options
  
• Step 3 ----Select topic
  
• Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
  
• Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
  

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.
