I can’t start NHL 19 0x803f8001

Hello.

I can’t start my nhl 19 on my xbox one x.

It says that I dont own the game but I do.

I tried everything that microsoft support write on their support.

Hi

I only see nhl 19 in my orderhistory in november but not in https://account.xbox.com/en-US/mygames I dont understand it worked fined until saturday morning i havent done
anything

Also take a look here
https://account.xbox.com/mygames and make sure you see NHL 19 as an owned game. Open the Microsoft Store on the Xbox console and search NHL 19. Small white text with a check mark "You own this game" will be displayed above
the cover art if the account owns the game. Finally, check from your
order history in November to make sure you see the game purchased or redeemed, however the game was claimed.

Once you confirm ownership using all three methods, go ahead and do a
hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and
turn on the Xbox.

If that doesn't help then you will need to try out a
soft factory reset. Make sure to select "keep my games & apps" and have your account login information plus your WIFI password ready because you will need to re-add the account and re-connect to your network.
