    I can't start my xbox, please help


    when i turn on my xbox the green loading screen comes up for like 5 minutes then it gets all black even tho the xbox is turned on. And then it just turns off and when i restart it does all this again...

    I need help

    So when I start my Xbox one it brings up a error code with is 0x800401fb but I can't find what it means please help

    Xbox One not starting ANY programs.

    Hello Xbox Community, as of yesterday I can't start any games disc or digitaly downloaded or any other apps. If I can please get some help from my fellow gamers. Please!

    I'm having an issue where its just a blank screen and the xbox doesn't start. it also doesn't shut down unless I hold the power button in for 5-10 seconds. it was working fine yesterday and I uninstalled and reinstalled a game cause gta V looked like it
    was glitching bad and after I went to bed the xbox was not responding I can't start my xbox, please help :(

    I BOUGHT A NEW XBOX. *Kicks own head with foot* yet xbox one x is a babe. now just got to get 4k screen I can't start my xbox, please help :D

    Hey o Flacca o! You may want to try a factory reset of the console to see if that can clear up your issue. If you can't access the settings menu you can reset from a USB
