i cant start my xbox one.. its just loading in the green screen whit the xbox logo on...

Lets boot up the console and wait an hour and see if any difference is made if not then hold the power button on the system for 8 seconds until it powers down once off unplug it from receiving power and sending HDMI signals and wait up to 5 minutes and when
the 5 minutes are up plug it in and attempt to boot it up. (The same green boot logo should appear but hopefully this time send you to the home screen after a few minutes)

I have the same Problem whit my series x and my one x have done the same steps whit the factory reset and after a coupel minuts in this stuck loading screen its give me a screen eher its sayes ther is a Problem and the Option to restart or fix the Problem all 2 ways leading back to the loading screen whit the green screen thats loading non stop

My xbox one s goes to green screen on start up and is slow, sometimes it will go to the home screen, but will not let me do anything else (games, apps,etc.). I have tried a soft reset and hard reset but it just goes blank then sometimes back to
the green screen! Is my console done for? Please help!!

hi all, i have had my xbox one for almost a year now n yesterday I started my xbox one up n its been stuck on Green Screen ever since n is there r way to get past it ?, I have try afew things on here but its still a green screen with the xbox one logo n
3 dots moving at the bottom, does the 3 dots mean its updating or what ?, please I need to know if its broken or not ?.

During normal start up it will go to the green xbox screen with loading dots on the bottom then it will display a black screen. If the black screen is what your talking about give it a minute for the xbox logo to pop up. The console is loading the dashboard
when you see that screen.
