    I can't start Halo: MCC


    Hello, what happens is that I cannot start Halo: MCC.

    When entering the game, it asks me to press start, when I press the button, it loads 1 second, the game locks and closes, when I log in with another profile it starts without problems.

    I already formatted the console, restored it, installed the game again, cleared the console cache, cleared game data, I deleted the profile and got it back but none of this works, keep getting me out of the game

    However, when I start the game offline, without an Internet connection, the game starts normally, as I am already inside and connecting to the Internet, the data is loaded, it crashes and closes.

    This happens on Xbox One, I need help please

    No games will install whatsoever. I get no error message, it simply just doesn't try to install at all. I have the basic Game Pass subscription for PC.

    I'm having the same issue! I can't start Master Chief Collection after the Halo 2 update. I uninstalled MCC and now I can't even reinstall MCC! other games seem to be fine starting the download but none of the Halo games work anymore.
