I can't start Halo Master Chielf Collection - Sync File Nightmare

I can't start either the game with the disc or the digital Game Pass download version.

Xbox One (original model).

The Master Chief Collection. I have it both on disc and on digital copy (Game Pass).

I tried EVERYTHING. Here's the list of the things I already tried twice:

Restart the console.

Hard reset the console

Hard reset the modem and router

Uninstall and reinstall my profile in my Xbox One

Uninstall and reinstall the game from Disc and from Game Pass.

Install my profile on another Xbox One and try to run the game with disc and digital download.

Erase local cache

Erase local save games files

Erase cloud save files

Enter the game with another profile (this works) then switch to my profile (crashes inmediately).

Wait in the start screen for an hour and then trying again.

NOTHING!!! I can't play the game online. I can't access the game while I'm connected to the Internet.

Single player Campaign starts working if I disconnect to the Internet, but as soon as I connect back.... the game kicks me out.

Any suggestion? Any place I can call to get help?
