    I can't speak


    I cant speak in partys or in game i check that i didnt have any cummunication ban which i didnt and i check that i didnt have any updates for the controller. The audio shows that its on and it shows that i have a headset pluged in and i can hear everything
    but it dosent let me speak. I did look around and found that doing a hard reset could fix it but it didnt i have fully tried everything.

    I can't speak

    You may double check your audio settings by pressing the Xbox button on your controller and pressing RB 3 times and it will guide you to some settings just make sure your audio settings are good and nothing is messed up there.

    Why Can't I speak to somebody?

    With all the issues you got with your xbox i would recommend you go to your Microsoft Account on your pc, go the device section and set it up for a repair. This could be a hdd issue or maybe it is the Mainboard which has an error..

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this question. If you would prefer to contact Xbox Support directly to troubleshoot, you can request a call back from them.

    When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:



    • Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----Select See other options
    • Step 3 ----Select topic
    • Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
    • Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

    Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.
