I Cant speak in group chats

Hi Roberto,

Since you state that you're able to use an original chat headset without issue but this one doesn't work I don't think it's an issue with your controller.

I was looking at the setup guide for your headset -

Since the mic can be disconnected from the headset, can you try and re-seat the mic into your headset and see if that helps?

Check the mute button on the headset cable.

Also, the Xbox One controller uses the same wiring standard that Android phones use. Can you plug your headset into an Android phone and test it there?

if you have ever seriously played mmos on a pc then you have been in chats with over 100 people. its really not that bad as you think. you have a moderator who can control chat so only certain people can speak or if they want open chat for everyone they
can. but generally in a mmo you have groups of players who chat in game and the group leader can chat through voice that all can hear. groups will be about 8 to 15 in size and you may have 5 to 20 groups, so while you ahve 100+ people in the voice chat, only
5 to 20 are able to speak and they are known people that are trusted not random trolls. i dont know how it would work on a console, but its not really that difficult to find a solution.

Party chat is a chat were you are grouped only with your friends and it does not matter what game each of you is playing. In-game Chat is a chat that is specific to the game and allows all people in the match to speak to each other.

i am also having the same problem, but not just messaging, cant join group chat either

I have the same problem, I dont hear anyone but I know they are speaking because if you go to group management you can see their chat volume go up and down. I have never heard anyone in co-op or DZ and im level 31 now and my head set is fine, I checked it
in group chat and messages.
