I can’t sing into my Xbox account

This is due to Xbox LiveCore Services experiencing a problem, you can check on the status here: https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

This issue was caused by a service alert that now it's solved.

I can’t reach anybody every time I try it says to sing in and then it comes up with a error code saying it can’t sing me in and it won’t let me contact customer service so I’m at a lost here.

Does the Microsoft account you are trying to log into have minecraft?

According to your description, are you trying to switch accounts normally? You can try to log into your Microsoft account on Microsoft's website to test if your Microsoft account is abnormal, and then log into minecraft's website with that account to check if your profile can be opened normally, so as to test if there is some problem between your Microsoft account and logging into minecraft.
