@awtacular Yeah, I definitely miss Modern Combat. I put 4/5 years into that game on both PS2 and Xbox 360.

Sorry to hear that, the only ways to recover an Xbox/Microsoft account are:

via the password reset link here https://account.live.com/password/reset

You can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.

Or you can try fill this other form, the account recovery: https://account.live.com/acsr

Sadly, an account cannot be recovered with the gamertag alone.
