i cant sign into xbox live

ive been on xbox live on my 360 for the past month, cause of the fact that i barely got wifi. it wont let me login, every time i try it tell me " sorry. this profile can't connect to xbox live on this console. To fix it, download it again. i created this
profile on this xbox... what do i do??

ERROR CODE:801151911 Cannot sign into xbox live

I cant sign into xbox live through my profile but when none of my profiles are signed in i can connect to xbox live. also i can sign into xbox live through my account on my PC. Please provide suggestions as to why i cant sign in.

Hey beebenson12! Have you tried removing and adding the profile back to the console yet? If not, steps can be found

Same problem. Sooooo freaking stupid. You cant promote your account to adulthood without signing into xbox live. And you cant sign into xbox live without accepting the new terms. And you cant accept the new Terms without the stupid parent account. I cant
even do anything through this website.
