    This problem seems to be persisting. Hello Microsoft do you care at all about your customers? Clearly not. Profit>Quality after reading this thread it seems that this problem has been continuing since JANUARY! Your users cannot sign in to the xbox leaving
    the $500.00 console rendered useless seeing as you need to sign in to play anything! Guess what I contacted support. They told my in 30minuets my problem would be resolved. They were wrong. I gave them my name for some odd reason and they even messed that
    up! I love gaming and the community members I share it with, but damn its annoying when you just want to sit down and play a game and you can't! I feel like i've wasted my money when I cannot. It makes me want to go donate $500.00 to the Apple.Co just in-spite
    of this failure.

    Since this is an old Xbox 360 Support thread, I suggest making a new thread detailing your issue and any troubleshooting steps you've tried so far to resolve it. Be sure to post it in either the Xbox
    360 Support Forums or the Xbox One Support Forums, depending on which console you're currently using.

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting signed into Xbox Live on your 360 and your Xbox One. Are you receiving any specific error messages or codes when this occurs?

    In reference to the service alert, all service and games are
    now active.



    We recommend to power cycle the Xbox console. Try this resource article: How
    to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console    (Disconnect and reconnect your console's power cable)

    In regard to your Xbox 360 we recommend that you clear the cache and restart it following the steps in this resource article: How to clear the cache on
    Xbox 360

    Try this out and let us know the results.

    I can't sign in to Xbox Live

    Xbox live is going through some issues/upgrades fro a couple of days.. I would keep an eye on this link.

    If you are seeing the service up and still cant login, please take a look at your home network. Also, the xbox has a test you can run as well, within the settings/network area.
