I can't sign into Xbox Live in Minecraft Earth (It takes forever to load)

When I installed the Minecraft Earth app and after downloading the files it tells me to sign in which I did and it took a long time to sign in. Does anyone know why it's taking forever to load? (EDIT: Yes, I have tried to reinstall it and clear my data.
It didn't work.)

What phone model do you have? And are you trying to connect via WiFi or 4G?

Currently, I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 and I'm connecting it using WiFi

Well I did that and it's a no go. Still takes forever to load and still can't sign into live.

The xbox has been started profile signed in on live and the game loaded. The game takes awhile to load then when it does and click on multiplayer it takes forever then tells me to sign into live Once again and by clicking ok and attempting to sign into live
again it asks me for my username and password. Once this all loads and takes probably 10 minutes it displays an error code. What's going on?

I still cant sign in XBL.

When I run the network tests it all checks out fine, but when I try to sign in Live, it takes forever to load.
