Have you tried going to: xbox.com/live, sign in, click on My Account under your name, then click Subscriptions. Here it will list current subscriptions.





Also, on the Xbox 360, in order to "sync" your Xbox Live subscription status, you could test your network settings and for whatever reason, it would update. You can do this by going to Settings > Network > Test network connection.

Thanks, unfortunately there's closed in the weekend. And on weekdays they close at 18:00, so that's going to be a problem as well.

Did you delete and readd your account as advised? You can also try the following:

Remove your account. Then, while the account is deleted and before you add it back, reset your console by holding the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until its completely off. Unplug it for 1 minute then turn it back on and re-add your
account.

I've followed every step in your advice, but the problem is still there. There's no change.

I have just fixed mine by holding the power button down and resetting the console, it then worked when powered back up.
