Hey I have had this problem for a long time and have tried most of the things to fix it with no avail. I noticed in a previous post some one said the app had been decommissioned for the 360. I did notice its not in the apps list for the 360 but is in the
apps list for the xbox1 so I think us 360 folks are just (SOL) by the way that stands for (Sorta Outa Luck)

Same issue for me as well. Looks like Microsoft can't find and fix this bug. Sad that OneDrive is dead..

I had the issue as well. I thought it was because my credit card needed to be changed. I deleted the app and was going to reinstall it. Turns out ( info from MS Ambassador) they no linger support it. First they take away media center, then Onedrive. What
a crap job from MS. I have given up on MS.

Yeah it's a shame. Although it's not that Onedrive is dead it's that MS are just not fully supporting the 360 anymore since they discontinued it

I think the only thing stopping them from shutting down the 360's xbox live servers is that they need them for backwards compatible games.

I tried the 'above' solutions with Xbox hotline staff on the phone few days ago. Didn't work. She asked me to contact Office 365 department coz I'm using 365 Home edition.

However the 365 department staff asked me to contact Onedrive department.

But the Onedrive staff (email) asked me to post the issue on this forum.

Indeed, I posted the issue on another thread 2 weeks ago. No solution at all.

Really, I hope I can get a solution right here soon. Not asking me to contact another department again

Microsoft stopped support for OneDrive on Xbox 360. They even pulled it from Xbox 360 marketplace. If you uninstall the app you will not be able to install it.

The quoted post should be updated to reflect this.

Hey there,

You shouldn't have been made to contact OneDrive support, as they should have told you OneDrive app for Xbox 360 has been discontinued.

You can't really merge two Microsoft Accounts.

If you haven't invested money in the Gmail-Microsoft Account, you could simply back up all your data (i.e. OneDrive, Skype contacts etc.), and delete your Gmail-Micorosoft Account.

After you have deleted that Microsoft Account, add the Gmail address as a sign in Alias to your existing Hotmail Account.

After adding the Gmail Address as a sign in alias, make this the primary sign in email, and restore your OneDrive files to that OneDrive, and add the Skype contacts to that account.

I'm also having this problem on the 360 version of the onedrive app and like others I can access onedrive from others things like the xbox one, tablet and pc.

Well I believe it says 'copy to OneDrive' or 'share to OneDrive' or something on the Xbox captures menu, doesn't it? Can't remember exactly, but as far as I'm concerned it would just upload them all to my OneDrive, then I'd be able to access them on my PC/Phone.

Well As You Can See. I Was In Upload Studio, Ready To Send My Vid To OneDrive. But Something Stopped It. I Went On OneDrive To See Wat Was Going on. Knowing that It Has Completely changed. And I Was Cross Because I Can't Upload No Captures To It. Besides
I Did Like The Old Version Of OneDrive for XBOX one S.
