I can't sign into OneDrive on Xbox 360

Having the same issue as others on my Xbox 360 and none of the 'fixes' have worked. I could understand the delay in fixing this if this were a 3rd party app, but it blows my mind how Microsoft cannot remedy their own app on their own gaming system.

Are there any updates on this thread? I tried steps (delete profile, clear cache and download profile) though didn't fix issue. I am using multi factor authentication and needed to use the application password to download the profile in case related. Thanks!

 

I have the same issue. Why is this just not being resolved? It sure doesnt seem like anyone is actually working on it.

Same issue. Error 0x8007007a. Have tried remove profile and clear cache. Still not working. First noticed it wasnt working around June 2016. Please fix as has been over three months now.

 

It has had this error for months now. Personally I think they can`t be bothered to even try and fix it.

They only seem to want to support the One now.

So for all us gold subscribers on the 360 I imagine things are only going to get worse.

 

Seriously Microsoft... Has been months since this issue came up and still no fix at all? The support for 360 is over? Or it´s just your respect with customers that is gone? 360 is your top selling gaming console of all time, and you guys will just let it
die like this? Without support... send me a clown nose please.

 

Same probleme here, it's awful because it's the only way to get my saves from 360 games ( ? ) to get them on the One.

Finding and fixing bugs takes time to do. If the team here are saying that they are working on the issue, then all you can do is wait. The team will need to find out what is causing this issue, then find an algorithm to fix it. Then this has to go through
testing to make sure the problem has been fixed.

This will take time, especially if they want to make sure it is fixed properly. I would keep subscribed to the thread, as they will update it once a fix has been deployed.

With all due respect...but this is crap. They already had time enough to fix it if they would to. We are talking about microsoft, not the garage company of your neighborhood. If the issue was on Xbox One, the problem would be already solved long time ago.
The problem is that it´s related to 360. They stopped hardware production for the 360, the console itself discontinued and stopped software support it seems. After 13 years of xbox in my life, it´s the first time I am kindly thinking on sony and playstation...

I don't subscribe to the idea that we should just wait silently. When people post about it here, it should let Microsoft know that there's demand for this problem to be fixed and that it shouldn't be last in line when it comes to priorities.

The only thing that would pacify me other than an actual fix is if they described the challenges they are having with the app so it would at least verify that they really are working on it and might explain why it's taking so long.
