I can't sign into OneDrive on Xbox 360

Same issue here. A month and a half has gone since this thread started and still no fix. Starting to look like MS dont put much resourses into fixing problems with the 360 any more.

Can't sign into 360

I try to play online backwards compatibility with the Xbox one and I try to sign and download my profile but all it says is can't connect to xbox live and to test my connection i tried to delete my Xbox 360 saves but it didn't work help me fix this.

Everything on the Xbox one side works fine.

 

This is really more than a little irritating. This is the only way I can stream video from my computer to my TV since Windows Media Center was nerfed. Microsoft, please get this fixed.

 

I'm also having this problem on the 360 version of the onedrive app and like others I can access onedrive from others things like the xbox one, tablet and pc.

28th August and I am still having the same issue with the 360 OneDrive app. Updated the security info on my Microsoft account and have done everything else too, still no joy

 

It now 29th August 2 MONTHS since this was reported.

I too am having the same issue. I had been using OneDrive App perfectly fine for 3 year and then suddenly this.

I am not happy with Microsoft

 

I have also been using the Onedrive app via the Xbox360 for a long time. It has been very useful when showing off family photos, but sadly no more. As of last month I too get the error '0x8007007a' and am unable to log in. Please, please Microsoft...resolve
this issue as soon as possible.

I have the same issue. I'm watching this thread for some time. I'm very eager to get a solution as well. In the meantime more than two months have passed since you "looked into this issue".
Please Microsoft resolve this issue! OneDrive is one of the most useful applications on Xbox360.

 

Same issue here on an original Xbox 360. Followed all steps on two different accounts, but both still show the same error code and instructions to check Security Proofs.

Looks like the solution will end up being upgrade to Xbox One. They don't want to support the 360 anymore.

 

This is really a sad state of affairs. My mom really enjoyed using her xbox 360 for viewing my pictures at home. Now she is completely unable. I can't help but think it might be time to find another device.. 'cause this ain't going no where.

 

I have the very same issue here. And you keep on telling the people "the right team is investigating thos issue". Are you kidding us?

 

I have same issue. Stupid error code 0x8007007A for onedrive on xbox 360. I also have xbox one. It works fine on xbox one. I also use the app on an android smartphone, works fine. I also use the onedrive website on a Windows laptop, and of course it works
fine. It only doesn't work on xbox 360. It definitely has to be an issue with the Xbox 360 app. Please notify me when it's fixed or when an update to the app comes out. Hop xbox gives us all some free storage or something when this is all taken care of finally.
