I can’t sign into my xbox

Still down, I can’t even sign into live.. I can get to my Xbox home screen But can’t sign in or click onto anything.. hopefully it’s up soon

I can’t make purchases on xbox360 console, I can make purchase on my computer for xbox 360 games, but I can’t play them cause I can’t sign in to xbox profiles or gametags

I’m able to sign into Xbox Enforcement on any other Xbox account except my main account that’s permanently suspended. I can’t sign into my main account on Xbox because it says I’m permanently suspended and I can’t even find out why.

Hello Sarah, if you're referring to your Xbox 360 login or backward compatibility games on Xbox One, we've received some similar occurrences regarding Xbox 360 logins and also games in backward compatibility on Xbox One, while we have no official position from Microsoft.

In this case, we will have to wait for some position from Microsoft regarding this issue.

Sadly I can’t sign into my profile on another Xbox. My storage is at 70% and I have no external storage
