i cant sign into my xbox one s getting this (0x80a4001a)

Yeah, I got that white password screen too I have no idea how to fix this issue, because you cant do anything about it. Its made the xbox one s completely useless.

Sorry for all the issues with
signing in. There is currently a Service Alert out
right now for Core services. There seems to be a fix for now by removing and adding profile. There is a way can be notified when any updates to the Alert happens. 0x8a4001a
error code is usually what most will see along with a white background. Other ones are there was a problem please try again later. If you decide to remove profile and not sure how to do so here is a link for it also for power cycling console.

• Add and remove
  profile
• Power cycle console

I solved this error by removing and recovering my account here this blog where I got a solution

But with new Xbox which can't access updates there is not yet an account to remove. Been 26 hours now..........

 

Mine is back to normal today - hope that's the same for everyone else. I did change the Xbox name in settings and restarted following some YouTube advice yesterday - didn't do anything at the time so not sure it helped. Was going to do this from Spartan
G Gaming this morning if nothing had changed - . Worked for him.
