Hi all; i ve the same problem. Already a screen of signing in is different from the normal one. And all my account have the same issue. And on the top, impossible to reach a tech support in France!!! I find it scandalous in regard of a price of xbox and
all the monay made with equippment.

I hope the engineerings will solve it quickly.

 

I was having the same trouble. The new screen is white for me. Normally it is black. I went offline in the network setting on Xbox, then went back online. Tried to start a game, and it asked for me to sign in, and the screen has turned back to the normal
black screen and I signed in fine. But this has happened to me with the white screen for the last few days. I am in the UK. Hope this helps and you can get signed in.

 

got the same log in screen. it wont let me sign in either

Retirer le compte, étendre la console et rajouter le compte fonctionne et j'ai l'impression que l'on ne perd pas de save ni succes. Bon courage

I seem to jave the same problem i will load in to my accout for a second or to then be kicked out with error code it is very anoying, is xbox trying to fix this

 

Thats wat im worried about too..little fella will go mad if he loses his progress
