http://account.microsoft.com/ to see all information is correct. also check the subscriptions and transactions sections to see if that shows any issues or not. If no issues are shown and all information is correct then please try the following steps

1. Check if the network test shows that everything is Ok.
2. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
   
3. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console
   
4. Redownload your profile ​

I can now sign in on my account. I went offline on my Xbox One X. Then went back online.

When I can't sign in, and I have to type my password. The Microsoft screen has a white background. Usually it is black. When I magagma to sign in, it eas black as normal. I hope this helps.

Updating: deleted the User from XBox and added again. In this way now it's working.

Microsoft Windows: always same problems since Win95 ...

 

I was playing on my Xbox One X last night in my living room. I started my X in my bedroom, and couldn't sign in. Went offline and back on again and my save from the game I was playing yesterday has picked up from where I left off.

 

I removed my account, then added again. It helped.

 

i still have all my progress in forza horizon 4 after trying this i checked if it was saved before by going on my games and apps then i pressed more options on forza horizon 4 and selected Manage game and add-ons and scrolled down to the Saved data tab
and it says there is 10 MB of reserved space for forza horizon 4.not sure if this is the correctway to chech or if that tells me it is saved but it worled for me. hope this helps.
