I cant sign into my xbox on my pc

I know my password, i can sign into my account on the pc no problem, its just i cant sign in on my xbox

Hello, i'm having the same problem and I've tired

1. yes I can sign into my account using that link,

2. No I'm not having any problem with any other apps.

3. The version of the Xbox app is 22.24.1006.00000

4. When I troubleshoot from that link you send and download the software it found one problem (WINDOWS STORE CACHE MAY BE DAMAGED.......NOT FIXED X)

What do I do now to fix the cache?

I've also tried using the instructions from this website http://www.kapilarya.com/fix-windows-store-cache-may-be-damaged-in-windows-10 and I don't have any files
in my LocalState folder.

Please, check your time settings, and set it to automatic.

Press the Windows Key + X > Settings > Time & language > Date & time > Enable "Set Timezone Automatically" and "Set Time Automatically".

Press the Windows Key + X and Select Terminal (Administrator).

On this window type:

net stop GamingServices

Press Enter.

Then, type:

net start GamingServices

Press Enter.
