I can't sign into my xbox account

When I try to log into my xbox account and enter all the data correctly, I am asked the question: "Do not post from the system?" and when I answer, it sends me back to xbox.com, where I'm not signed in yet, and always have been. problems, but when I try to go from sites to xbox.com, it throws me to the same site where I have not yet entered. Tried on different devices (phone, laptop, computer). I have no current control, etc. because on the microsoft sites it is indicated that I am alone in the family and there is no family access. I'm a full year old and can log into xbox.com without any errors about the account (turned off or blocked) does not write. I do not know what to do

Glad to hear it. For future reference, every time you make a change to your gamertag (email, password, etc) you need to redownload it via the BC menu
