I can't sign into my xbox account through the web

You want to change your privacy settings in Web on PC, right? There are many possibilities for not being able to access your Xbox account on the Web, such as browser issues, network issues, account issues, etc., and I'll need to make some attempts with you to find out exactly what the problem is.



I was wondering if you could get a different device and access Xbox.com on the web and change your privacy settings?



As well, please use the following to troubleshoot the browser issue:

(1) Switch browsers to see if the problem occurs on another browser.

(2) Clear your browser cache (take Edge browser as an example):

-Click "..." in the upper right corner of the browser page and select Settings.

-Select "Cookies and website permissions".

-Select "Manage and delete cookies and website data".

-Delete all Microsoft-related content.

Disclaimer: Browsers automatically save temporary Internet files to help speed up page loading. Clearing this cache can sometimes solve page display problems. Please back up important data, such as favorites, to avoid data loss.

(3) Open Microsoft in privacy mode in your browser (take Edge as an example):

In Microsoft Edge, select "Settings and More" icon, and then select "New InPrivate" window.

I've been having a problem signing on to my Xbox account via the web browser. It keep saying that i can't log in. I can use online fine on my Xbox though.

Have signed into my account. Can't find password and security tab, only change password. Has web page descriptions changed?

Please try to login your son's account via https://account.microsoft.com website. Once signed in, go to Payment & billing > Order history. Kindly check if there's a pending order of the said game.

If there's no pending order, try purchasing it again through the web by searching the game through Xbox Store online. Just make sure that you're signed in with your son's account through the web.

If it doesn't work still, kindly wait up to 24 hours.

I have the same exact problem, today I played with my account but in the night when I tried to sign in with my account it said " it doesn't exist an account with these email" i don't know what to do , I'm going to talk to Xbox support, even I can't enter
my account in the app or in the web page
