    I can't sign into my xbox account on mobile! Can't sign into Minecraft Bedrock on Mobile.


    When I try to click the sign in button nothing happens, so I click Minecraft and I get error code creeper which means your internet or something like that. But I can play roblox so Microsoft fix your Xbox app.

    Are you using an android device or an iOS device?

    Also, how were you able to obtain Minecraft? Is it through playstore/appstore?

    Nothing works and I got bedrock trought the mobile version I think because I bought Minecraft Bedrock on my phone and then I remember I got Xbox account WITH that mobile bedrock and here Iam. I really dont know what is going on. And I got Bedrock Edition on my account. When Im In Xbox with the SAME account it still says I need to buy it.

    I understand that you are experiencing issues signing into your Minecraft account.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Please sign out of the wrong account by opening the Minecraft app and look for the "Sign Out" option in the settings or profile section.

    If you can't find it, try clearing the app's data (on mobile) or resetting the app (on PC) to force a logout.

    Once signed out, restart the app and your device in order for it to refresh.

    Then log in with the correct Microsoft account. Make sure you're using the email you want to associate with your Minecraft account.
