I cant sign into my Microsoft account

I can't sign into things like the Microsoft store or Xbox console companion. I can sign into websites though. Every time I try to sign into an app it says you'll need internet for this even though I have ethernet. I can sign other accounts into Xbox and Microsoft store but not this one.

Every now and then I run into the same issue. The apps, have some issues.

Most of the time, it fixes itself after a while.

I am sorry to hear about this issue. The "Account Does not exist" error means that it could be that your account's email address was changed and the sign-in preference was changed as well. Typically, if a change has been made on an account, an email notification will be received and it will take 30 days before it will get completed. If this happens, you will need to submit an Account Recovery by making sure that you have the new email address and use that new email address to fill out the recovery form.

You can fill out the recovery form at https://account.live.com/acsr. Once you fill out the form, someone from the Microsoft account recovery team will reach out to you via email to help you recover your compromised account. Additionally, please avoid leaving any fields blank when filling out the form. If you're unsure about certain information, make your best guess instead.

If you're unsure of the new email address, unfortunately, we won’t be able to recover it directly. However, you can try retrieving your email address here: https://account.live.com/username/recover using the phone number associated with your account. Additionally, since you already reach out to Microsoft about this, I would recommend following up with them about your case.

This means you’ve encountered an unknown error during sign-in.

Please fully close Minecraft, reset your device, and attempt to log in again.
