I can't sign into my Microsoft Account on Xbox.

Every time I try to sign into the Xbox website, not app, I instantly and automatically get signed out. No other options. I've tried to contact support in a number of ways and either I couldn't contact humans, or the support AIs did nothing to help. I have also tried clearing the cookies and cache, tried signing in on a windows laptop, PC, and iPhone. Nothing. I have also tried multiple browsers. I can sign into the Xbox app and Microsoft website and all Microsoft related support sites just fine, but the moment I try to sign into the main Xbox home site or account screen, I get instantly signed out. This has also been happening for months with no fix. I don't have any error messages or restrictions or anything restriction or ban related from Microsoft. I have tried everything. Also on a separate note, I cannot find games like Halo 5 on the Xbox app for some reason, even though I should see it and be able to get it through Gamepass. The age rating for said game is PG-13 after a google, and my account is well over that. Other games are like this too.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues logging into your Xbox account. I understand that you've tried multiple browsers but none of the worked. Whenever you get logged out, is there any error message that you can share?

If you're logging in on PC, try to delete your entries in credentials manager. Credential Manager lets you view and delete your saved credentials for signing in to websites, connected applications, and networks.

To open Credential Manager, type credential manager in the search box on the taskbar and select Credential Manager Control panel.

Select Web Credentials or Windows Credentials to access the credentials you want to manage. Remove everything that says Xbox. Once deleted try to login again.

If this does not work on your situation, I would recommend that you contact Xbox support for your profile to be checked further. You may follow these steps so you could talk to a human:

Go to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Verify that you are within the support window listed under Contact hours.

Click "Contact Us."

Choose the item from the drop-down menu that best addresses your issue.

View the support articles that are offered on the page to see if they can address your issue. If you need more help, click See contact options.

Choose the option to "Chat online" or "Request a call" on the following screen, then fill in the required information.

Hello Georges, thank you for replying to my question. Yes I have Windows 11 version 21H2. I unfortunately can't download the Xbox companion app due to the problem of being unable to sign into a Microsoft account on my computer. I am able to sign into my Microsoft account on the Xbox and Microsoft website its just the apps I have trouble signing in to.

To verify your identity, you need to approve a sign-in request from the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone or another device. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the App

1. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone or device.

2. Tap the Notifications tab at the bottom of the screen.

3. You should see a sign-in request from your Xbox account. Tap Approve to confirm your identity.

4. Go back to your Xbox console and try signing in again.

If still unable to, try to recover your account, you'll need to verify your identity and provide some information about your account history. Follow these steps:

1. Go to https://account.live.com/acsr and enter the email address, phone number, or username of the account you are trying to access.

2. Please enter an email address that we can use to contact you about your request.

3. Enter the characters you see on the screen to prove that you are not a robot and select Next.

4. A screen will appear asking you to verify the contact email address. Check for a message from us in the email with the security code, enter that code, and select Verify.

5. Fill in as much information as you can, even if you're not sure. See Tips for filling out the recovery form below.

6. Select Send when you're done and we'll respond within 24 hours.
