I cant sign into my microsoft account on the xbox store on windows 10

microsoft store is not even opening
and xbox app sign out me and i cant sign in
please help me

Children and teens are restricted from changing Xbox privacy and online safety settings on their accounts. Only the parent or other adult in the Microsoft family can view or change these settings for a child account, either on a console or online.

Great advice and appreciate the help but I have checked my permissions many times and the child account is unrestricted

I tried signing on my laptop and it does the same refresh thingy and doesnt sign me in and also my phone does the same thing(ios)

Those did not work. For whatever reason only a few pages on microsoft allow me to sign in on the child account, but not anywhere on the xbox store on chrome or safari. But I can sign into the xbox app on my phone, pc and sign into my console
