I can't sign into my account.

So yesterday I was playing a game on my Xbox and I was signed out of my account. The message stated that I was signed in elsewhere. I kept trying to sign back in a couple times but it kept signing me out. I looked at my notifications and noticed that they
were happening periodically, every minute. This lead me to think it was either a glitch, or a bot. I had to leave so I turned the Xbox off.

When I tried signing in today something different happened. I have a password on my account and it usually asks me to sign in. This time, this screen that I did not recognize popped up. It was asking me to REENTER my password. When I input the password,
an error message popped up, telling me there was a problem and to try again later. The error code read: (0x80a4001a).

I looked at my Microsoft account and went to devices. There was my Xbox, my friend's Xbox, my PC, my laptop, and another Xbox that I didn't recognize. I tried removing it, but supposedly my Microsoft account was also synced and I have to remove it from the
console itself. My password was not changed.

This is all the information I know. I don't know if someone somehow got into my account, or what but I have my Dad's PayPal on that account and a lot of personal information on this account. Can anyone help me? I would really appreciate it.

I was playing last night with no faults but now can't sign into my account. Tried hard reset and account/Xbox reset. Someone help?

I'm sorry about the sign in issues. There is currently a
Service Alertout right now for our Xbox Live Core services.
The error code 0x8a4001a is usually what most will see. Another error message is
"There was a problem please try again later."

There are many posting to remove and redownload your profile, as this has helped a few you can try this step.
Although, being the service alert is for signing in there are some who are
unable to re-download profile after removing it. We suggest just waiting it out keep checking the service status. Also, there is way to get notified once there's an update with the Service alert.

In this situation, I would advise that you take a look over the
compromised Account troubleshooter just in case. Seeing that you're seeing an unknown Xbox in your my devices for your account. You should definitely change your accounts password after removing access to all devices currently associated with your Microsoft
account.
