I can't sign into my account on xbox one

When you try and sign into your account on Xbox One, please can you tell me what error message or code your receiving?

Thing you can try is clearing your Xbox's cache by pressing and holding the power button on the Xbox Console and waiting for it to completely shut down. Then turning it on again and trying to log into your account again.

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

Please try temporarily disabling two-step verification from the website

https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional

Then try signing in to your console again. If the issue persists, try changing your password and trying to sign in again.

Also, please try to test connecting your console to another network and check if the same problem occurs, you could configure your smartphone as a Mobile Hotspot and connect your console to that network.

I have the same problem. I can sign into the Xbox one but my son can't, even though I can sign in here with his account.

I can't sign out either, I signed in on my xbox 360 before I had an Xbox one, and once I got xbox one, I wanted to stream and I made a new twitch account to match my YouTube channel name and because I have long since forgotten the password of my old one,
but when I got twitch on Xbox one and tried to sign in, I was already somehow signed in on my old one and it wouldn't let me sign out

Glad to hear it. For future reference, every time you make a change to your gamertag (email, password, etc) you need to redownload it via the BC menu
