I Can't sign into microsoft solitaire collection error code 117000

I can't sign into microsoft solitaire collection on my samsung tablet. When I click the profile symble at the top right of the page it takes me too

LETS GET YOU SIGNED IN. I click the sign in area and it takes me to Are you trying to sign into microsoft solitaire collection and I click continue. That takes me to an error message "we could not sign you in" with the error code # 1170000. I have tried
uninstalling and reinstalling the game and I still get the same error message.

Can't get old data from Microsoft Solitaire Collection

Can't log on, error code 1170000.

The "Sign In" spot says playing as a guest, click here to sign in using a Microsoft Account. After clicking on the sign in spot it says user signed out ~ need to return to sign in . . "OK" button gets sign in error ~ error code 117000 - "Try Again" gets
the same loop.

I logged out of the Microsoft and Xbox account and relogged in. That did not make a change in the errors.

I suspect that the registry has a problem in the solitaire program. I tried to un-install and re-install the Microsoft Solitaire Collection. and the same thing happens as described above.

The Windows 10 system is up to date. The computer reported "service registration is corrupt" at one point.

Any ideas?

Thanks Brad, in my search from the info you gave me I found info on the fact that a sd card can cause issues. My game storrage was on my tablet so I moved it to my sd card and was able to sign in.

When I try to sign in to MS Solitaire Collection, I get a sign in error "We could not sign you in to Xbox Live. Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ.... error code: 1170000."

Unfortunately I can't find this error code, or the answer at that link. I'm running Win 10. Help please!

Hi since the update a few days ago, when I try to sign into Solitaire Collection i get error code 117000 and whern I try to sign into MS Jigsaw I get error code 00200. Strange that the codes are different and also strange that both stopped after the update.
I just got back MS Jigsaw a few days ago from a previous error after the 3rd December update so I am beginning to get annoyed about it.
