I cant sign into any Microsoft apps

Please reset Network Settings by opening Command Prompt as Administrator.

Type the following commands one at a time, pressing Enter after each:

netsh winsock reset

netsh int ip reset

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

ipconfig /flushdns

Restart your computer and try signing in again.

And then test network connection. Make sure that your PC is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or Ethernet network. If possible, reconnect or switch to a different network. You can also use a wired connection to have a stable connection.

Next is to update Windows.To do this, go to Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update. Check for pending updates (especially optional ones) and install them.

Restart your PC and try signing in again.

Then repair problematic spps. Please go to Settings → Apps → Installed Apps.

Find the Minecraft Launcher, Xbox app, and Microsoft Store in the list.

Select Advanced Options for each, and click Repair first. If this doesn’t work, try Reset.

After that is to clear Microsoft Store cache by pressing Win + R, type wsreset, and hit Enter. A blank Command Prompt window will appear—let it finish processing. The Store will reopen automatically.

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly uninstall Minecraft Launcher, Xbox app, and Microsoft Store from your PC. Reinstall them directly from the Microsoft Store or their official websites.

Please verify if all the Xbox services are running in your PC.
For this search Services using the Windows search functionality and look for the next services once you open the app:
IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

Then do this for each service: Right-click on it and select Properties. In Startup type make sure it’s set to Automatic.
If the service isn’t started, click Start Click Apply and OK to save changes, restart your PC and try again.

Hello, if you mean any microsoft App in my desktop, then no i cant sign in and it shows the attached screenshot from above

i havent signed into anything because that is why its giving me the option to sign in, i cant see any problems on the account i just think the app is broken and microsoft wont fix it

Hi Rooks, i have tried all your steps, still no luck for me, i cant open the store and my i cant sign in on my xbox/microsoft account on any app or in the settings tab
