    I can’t sign into any account on xbox or on web


    I’ve my xbox one s I had that issue for about two months I tried to reset of the console or even remove all accounts but it didn’t work when ever I try to sign in any account on my xbox it says something went wrong and when I wanted to sign in from web it said too many requests I have checked all the security settings all the 2FA and changed password but nothing changed I can’t sign into any account on Xbox can you help me?

    I’m able to sign into Xbox Enforcement on any other Xbox account except my main account that’s permanently suspended. I can’t sign into my main account on Xbox because it says I’m permanently suspended and I can’t even find out why.

    Thank you, I restarted my router and it made no difference. I still can’t add my account back or log into another account ok the Xbox, it just comes up with a blank screen and freezes. I also switched to another network and that also made no difference. I can still use the Xbox without signing in, for example I can use Netflix fine - I just can’t access any games because I can’t sign into any accounts. Do you have any other solutions?
