I can't sign in

I was watching twitch for a couple hours and when I tried to close the app it kept opening back up so I turn the console off for a few min and when I turn the console on and tried to sign in it says there's was a problem,.. We couldn't sign you in try again
in a few min..... That has been over a hour ago

It says "can't sign in to Xbox services please try again"

Hey buddy,

Have you tried giving the console a hard reset? You can do this by having the console on, then holding down the power button for 10 seconds until the console turns off. Then leave it for a minute or two before booting it back up. Then try and log in and
see how you go

I have a solution, disconnect the Ethernet cable, connect again, and quickly, sign in, this works for me

@Iceman, if you're not using a ethernet cable, it may be worth give your router a reset also to see if that works

 

I was playing Minecraft with my friends and I was charging my Xbox one controller and I accidentally pulled the lead out of my Xbox controller where it charges and disconnected me from the Xbox so I turned of my Xbox and turn it back on so then my controller
would connect and my keypad to sing in to my account won't appear up what shall I do
