    i cant sign in!!! help!!

    ok, so a while back LIVE sent me a message over xbox live and said that i needed to enter in a security code for my account so no one else could sign in to it. i ignored it. a few days ago i was at my friends house and i couldnt download my account. an error code popped up. now when i try to sign in to xbox live on my computer, it makes me go through all this crap. my email hooked up to xbox live is hotmail and it is microsoft too. i have to enter that stuff in my hotmail account too! Help! i cant sign in :eek: i cant sign in :confused:

    I cant sign in

    This is a known issue with an easy fix

    1. Go to System>Settings>Storage and delete your profile only, not profile and items

    2. Clear the cache 3 times

    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    3. Restart the console

    4. Go to Social>Sign In/Out>Download Profile to redownload your gamertag

    You should be able to log in without any issues now.

    Hello! There was a service issue impacting some users which should have been resolved around 11:15PM EST. You should be able to log in now.

    So I just tried signing in today and it got a bit further but still could not log in, but it gave me a new error code.

    I just decided to not bother with it today and just play regular multiplayer, i clicked local and it made me try to sign in. I typed my info in and it tried to log in again but nothing. So I turned my Xbox off and unhooked the adapter and turned the Xbox
    back on to try local multiplayer and again made me sign in. I think my Game and Xbox is fked up untill i get to sign in. Im about to bounce this stupid thing out the window if It keeps this up.

    vvcarterboy iv been on xbox for about a year and this is the 2nd time it has happed but not for this long, im not sure but it might be our internet connention speed it maybe to slow mine is 3.59 at the moment or it is a part on xbox which they havent told
    anyone about but some of my friends are on there now and they didnt have a problem. so i have no idea whats going on but i love my xbox i dont want to switch over to ps3
