I Can't Sign In With Security Code

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are unable to use your account due to a notification that you keep receiving.

This usually occurs for new account that did not fully complete the set-up process, however, its possible its been a while since the last time you updated this and you would then be prompted with a similar message.

I would recommend going into your
Security contact info and making sure that this is up-to-date or that you at least have something in there just incase you lose your account.

So i think my account is not permantly but temporarily lock (but i can't get the verification code so i need to use reinstatment form)

No i dont. I get this message when i try to get into the security dashboard:

This site requires a security code to sign in. When your security info updates on 12/5/2022 you will be able to access this site. You can still access sites such as Outlook and Skype that don't require a security code.

On 11/5/2022 you requested that your security info be replaced

Which i don't have the code. Can't just someone change the email to mine. I can prove it's my account
