I can’t sign in with my second account back to the xbox

Is your internet working fine and your console connected?

You should not be needing a factory reset. Try a power recycle by pressing the xbox button on your console for 10 seconds, wait for console to turn off, remove the power cable from the back, wait another 10 seconds, connect the cable back, and start your
console.

Thank you, I restarted my router and it made no difference. I still can’t add my account back or log into another account ok the Xbox, it just comes up with a blank screen and freezes. I also switched to another network and that also made no difference. I can still use the Xbox without signing in, for example I can use Netflix fine - I just can’t access any games because I can’t sign into any accounts. Do you have any other solutions?

I’m able to sign into Xbox Enforcement on any other Xbox account except my main account that’s permanently suspended. I can’t sign into my main account on Xbox because it says I’m permanently suspended and I can’t even find out why.

Well my problem is I’ve never needed a parent/guardian sign in (until recently for some reason), and if the DOB on the account can’t be changed, the Xbox considered my account a parent account when trying to get a parent/guardian sign in.

When I do sign in using the same account on the parent/guardian screen it just puts me back to the password screen.

On my sons Xbox the preferences are exactly the same. I can sign in using his Xbox but mine i can’t. The only way I can sign in is remove my account and add it again. The problem with that it is only a temporary fix as minutes later the same thing happens or when I turn my Xbox back on the next day.
