    Usually if you run into any problems signing into your Xbox account on PC, it's best to check out the information on our page entitled

    How to sign in to the Xbox app on Windows 10     and see if the information there is helpful

    The last bit has some info pertaining to certain errors that you would get when having problems signing in.
