I can't sign in to xbox.com

Hello, I'm trying to buy the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for my account on my computer, and when I click to do it in the Microsoft Store it takes me to the webpage.

This first screenshot shows me that I can get it in the Microsoft Store, but as I said when I click that it takes me to the webpage version of it, on Microsoft.com.

The screenshot below shows that I am unable to get it via the webpage.

It tells me that I need an "Xbox Live Gold account to get an Xbox Live Gold membership", and then links me to register an account, even though I'm signed in already and I already have an Xbox Live Gold account.

So when I decide to click the link, it takes me to:

This makes no sense. Why would it take me to this webpage when I want to register? And why would I want to register in the first place when I already have an Xbox account?

Furthermore it tells me to go to account.xbox.com to fix my parent/child settings, but when I click that link, it literally just refreshes the webpage. It doesn't take me to account.xbox.com.

I do not have a parent/child xbox account, and no matter what I do I cannot login to my account on the xbox.com website.

There is no sign in button to click.

The text is there, but I can't click it. It just says sign in. The link below shows evidence of that.

I have tried using different devices, and I have also tried logging in at my cousin's house to see if it works on a different network. He has no issues with this on his own profile, yet I do.

The issue is with my profile, not with my device nor network. I already looked up solutions on the internet but I can't find any. This issue doesn't seem like it bothers many people, only a rare few.

So I'm wondering what can I really do about it? Is my xbox account blacklisted somehow? That would be weird because I can login on my Xbox and on the Xbox Console Companion app, I just can't buy things and access my settings. Is it something else?

This same issue occurs when I try to access my privacy settings on the Xbox Console Companion app, I click it and it takes me to that same parent/child account issue page. Why?

I literally just want to throw my money at Microsoft for the Game Pass, but it won't let me and I'm confused and irritated about it.

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your billing account, see what might be causing that issue and get it all set up for you.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Try doing it directly from the Microsoft Store app on your Windows 10.

This can happen if there's an issue with your browser or something with your account security settings are not updated.

We can try a few troubleshooting steps, if they don't work, I highly recommend you contact support.

First, let's make sure your account security information is updated:

Sign in to your Microsoft account: https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional

Verify that your security information is correct and up to date, I also recommend turning on the 2-step verification.

Then, try to sign-in again and verify that your browser is not preventing a login pop-up from the Microsoft site.

When a pop-up has been blocked, Edge will display an icon in your web browser's address bar.

If that still does not work, the best course of action is to contact Support.

Then, follow these steps:

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

if your account is for a child, you need an adult account to link your account and manage your privacy settings

If you can't access this page, either the problem is with the network you're using or your account doesn't have permission to change settings on your own.
