i cant sign in to the xbox app on PC

After i reset my xbox app in advanced settings my xbox app wont let me sign in, i have uninstalled the app twice and restarted my computer too many times to count nothing seems to be working, its the same with my microsoft store. I cant paste a sceenshot of the app but it is just a blank home page, when i press the sign in button the app goes black for about 4 seconds then returnes to the same empty home page, i really have no idea what to do now and have tried everything i can possibly think of.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
