I can't sign in to the xbox app on pc

Thank you for that. On your services please make sure that the following services are running:

On your search bar type "services" then scroll down and locate the following:

Xbox Live Auth Manager

Xbox Live Game Save

Xbox Live Networking Service

Right-click then choose "Start"

After that try to sign in on your Xbox App as well as launch any of your games.

when i try to sign in on the xbox app it just turns black, stays like that for while then anothe window appears and disappears 3 times saying "please wait" and then it just goes back to the main screen. When i tried launching forza horizon 4 it just says " you may not proceed without being signed in to a profile".

for example whenever i try to play forza horizon 4 it says i cannot play without being signed in and in the xbox app i dont even get an error code
